These terms govern your use of SkuEstimator (the "Plugin"). By installing, you agree to them.

A SketchUp Pro plugin that reads dynamic-component attributes from your model and produces priced bills of materials, purchase orders, customer quotes and estimates — together with tools for component libraries, punching call-outs, colour resolution, pack rules, fail-safe validation, supplier price checking and an optional AI assistant. Automatic take-off requires your components to carry the relevant attributes; see the requirements.
SkuEstimator is currently in private beta and is provided free of charge to invited participants. There is no subscription, no payment and no card required at this stage. Beta software may contain defects; you should review every output before relying on it commercially (see clause 10).
We may modify or withdraw beta access at any time, though we will give reasonable notice and will never delete data stored on your own machine.
When paid subscriptions launch, they will be billed by Stripe in AUD, and Australian GST will be added and itemised where applicable. The Stripe customer portal will handle card changes, invoices and cancellation. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the paid period — you keep access until then. We will publish full billing terms, including refund rights, before taking any payment, and we will not charge any beta participant without their explicit agreement to those terms.
Your models, price files, customers and estimates are yours, and they stay on your computer. We hold no copy and cannot access them. The one exception is the optional AI assistant: when you personally issue an AI command, the relevant component context is sent to Anthropic’s API to answer that request. We never sell your data and never use it to train models. See our Privacy Policy.
The AI assistant is optional and requires you to supply your own Anthropic API key. You contract directly with Anthropic and pay them directly under their terms; we neither resell nor meter their service. Every other feature of the plugin works with no AI and no internet connection. AI output is a suggestion, not professional advice, and clause 10 applies to it in full.
We may suspend access for material breach — we’ll email first and give you a chance to put it right.
The Plugin and the SkuEstimator brand are ours. Your beta access, or later your active subscription, grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Plugin. SketchUp is a trademark of Trimble Inc.; SkuEstimator is an independent third-party extension and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Trimble.
The Plugin includes open-source libraries used under their respective licences; the applicable notices ship with the extension.
SkuEstimator produces suggested quantities and prices. You are responsible for reviewing every output before sending it to a customer, supplier or fabricator. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability for any claim is capped at what you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim — which, during the free beta, is nil.
If we change these terms materially we’ll email beta participants and subscribers at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The Australian Consumer Law gives you statutory rights these terms cannot exclude, and nothing here limits them.
